The Smart Badge Reader(s) that you as an exhibitor receive during your participation are intended to make the visitor experience even better. With these Smart Badge Readers, visitors can easily collect information about your organization, products and perhaps even vacancies. The number of Smart Badge Readers you receive. The Smart Badge Reader sends the information you have uploaded in your My Easyfairs profile. This allows you to retain control over the information you share with visitors.

How does it work?

Visitors can easily scan your badge reader on the stand with their badge (which they receive when entering the exhibition floor). This means they will receive your product and company information (which you have uploaded via My Easyfairs) by email the day after the fair.

To optimally generate leads, you can combine the use of your Badge Reader with the Visit Connect Tool. This puts you in the lead and allows you to scan the Smart Badges of interesting visitors you spoke to during your participation. In the app you can add notes and post comments to make following up on conversations even easier. In addition, encourage your visitors to scan your Badge Reader so that you can also exchange information with visitors you have not spoken to. You will receive the list of visitors who have scanned the Smart Badge Reader(s) at your stand.

Simplify your follow-up after the exhibition​​

After the fair you will receive a list of the visitors who collected your company information digitally. Done with the time-consuming entering of business cards or contact forms.

What should you do during the exhibition?

  1. Place the badge reader on your stand: in the field of view of your visitor, easily accessible and at the right height for easy scanning. Need advice? We are ready for you!
  2. The batteries of the badge reader last an entire fair.
  3. Return the badge reader at the end of the day on the last day of the fair.
  4. After the fair, you will receive the list of visitors who have scanned the badge reader(s) at your stand. You can also request this information via My Easyfairs.

N.B. The badge reader you rent remains the property of Visit by GES. Badge readers that are not returned will be charged €500.
